Three idyllic days ..We climbed mountains, plunged into a natural rock pool, got lost in a maze and ate fantastic food ...and each day had the pleasure of coming ” home”  to this beautiful cottage...such spectacular views! A haven for us & the kangaroos, who lazed under the shady branches of the old orchard. Many thanks.

A cottage in a chestnut grove, that’s unique! Thanks for letting us share your chestnut grove, by the mountains. We did enjoy a chardy or two in the orchard then a BBQ on the balcony. Thank you for a delightful experience, the cottage is  tastefully decorated. The port was a pleasant change from champagne. Difference gives the edge over others & you’ve  achieved that.

Australia Day. What a magnificent way to celebrate our God given country. Heaven is going to be very beautiful as this is a slice of it here. A truly gorgeous  cottage, romantic, candle light roomy spa, both can fir in and enjoy. That bed, how romantic. The view, the peaceful sounds. So clean most of all I shared it with my lover, my husband of 37 years. We will be back in Autumn soon. Thank you Sue “need to stay longer”

Hi Sue, We found you on the internet and everything lived up to our expectations. A beautiful part of Australia. Loved being here. Thank you for your warm hospitality and attention to detail.

Abby’s and Bonnie’s Cottages are identical. These designer cottages are absolutely delightful. The  large alfresco style kitchen has two French doors that open on to  the deck inviting the outside in!  In the cosy lounge a  wood fire continually burns throughout the winter months. Nothing better than to kick off your shoes and fire gaze on the large comfy couch. On the mezzanine floor relax and enjoy the fantastic valley views while you soak in the luxury spa. Only the birds could peep!  There are blinds for those who prefer!  A comfy king size bed which is sure to be one of your best nights sleep.  The serenity of the Magical  Wandiligong Valley welcomes you.

Yes even us Queenslandsers need a break from God’s country and all our sunshine! And what a perfect place for it! Loved the cool crisp nights spent next by the fire with a great wine & even better woman! Very Nice! We are sure to be back.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 10th wedding anniversary as we relaxed in a tranquil atmosphere without children. This experience was enhanced by the special touches provided by our host. Gourmet breakfast supplies. Port and chocolates and candles for the lovely spa. Waking up to kangaroos bounding pas, snow capped trees in the distance and tantalising breakfast aromas (thanks hubby). We will certainly be recommending it to friends.

Fabulous spot and wonderful accommodation. Fantastic spa, fire apple juice and views. Everything catered for with a lovely personal touch. Great steaks from the local butcher (opposite NAB) which cooked up nicely on the barbeque . Thanks for your hospitality.

Great way to spend our 30th anniversary. Loved the cottage the minute we walked in. Great spa (good design), beautiful bed and well set up down stairs. So nice To have the air conditioner on when we arrived! It’s a place that’s so private, peaceful, with great views. Oh well, back to the drought...but we’ll definitely come back.

The cottage and surrounds are just beautiful. I’m so glad our daughter suggested it! A comfortable bed, every option for breakfast, ( & low fat milk, even!) ,  & the kangaroos happily hopping around & grazing ...Wish we sould stay longer!!! Thank you Sue!

Thanks for a wonderful relaxing get-a-way. It was just what we needed to celebrate our 25th wedding Anniversary nad re-charge our batteries. Took advice from a previous guest and had dinner at Simone’s in Bright sensational. A must. We look forward to coming back in winter to use the fire. Think I am going home to buy a king size bed!!!
